CONCRETE
DRIVEWAYS
A quality concrete driveway will add value to your property. For a long lasting quality concrete driveway, preparation of the foundation is key. A well compacted base course of at least 150mm of aggregate, together with reinforcing mesh will reduce the chances of cracking over the lifetime of the driveway.

FLOOR SLABS
At CTC we deliver quality concrete floor slabs for new foundations, minor dwellings and parking areas.
As an Licenced Building Practitioner we are authorised to pour concrete floor slabs and footings and get the required sign off by the council. As part of laying a quality concrete floor slab our team will liaise with the engineer before delivering the end to end job involving completing initial earthworks, followed by building form work, damp proofing, adding reinforcement, pouring concrete, compacting, finishing and critically curing the concrete slab at the end of the process.

We will complete all your earthworks requirements that are required for Concrete Driveways, Concrete Floor Slabs, Drainage Solutions and Garden Retaining Walls. As Registered Drain Layers, if you have one off excavation jobs such as sinking telecoms or power cables, or sorting your septic or storm water drainage system we can sort it. We have all the excavation plant equipment to deliver a quality job, even in the tightest of spaces.
TILT PANELS
For commercial and larger residential projects we offer precast concrete tilt panels. Dependent on your project this may be a more cost effective and timely alternative to traditional construction methods. Our team can advise you when tilt panels are the best option and also on various finishes and colours.
